The candidate slips into a specific role and has to solve an employee or customer problem within a relatively short period of time.

 

 

 

Analysis & Presentation:

 

The candidate should analyze a situation based on documents (memos, diagrams, market studies) and present solutions in writing and orally.

 

 

 

Find facts:

 

The candidate has to collect (interrogate) information about a situation and make a decision within a very short time. After that, he/she receives contradicting information and should try his/her solution resp. revise decision.
